时尚传媒学院以学校办学定位为总纲，把握时尚传媒新兴交叉学科的广阔发展前景，致力于时尚产业的价值传播与再造，培养具备丰富知识背景、广阔视野和专业技能，富有创造性和责任感的时尚传媒前沿人才。学院现开设有广播电视编导、播音与主持艺术、表演、戏剧影视美术设计、动画等五个本科专业以及数字广播电视技术、时尚表演与传播、动漫设计、人物形象设计、摄影与摄像艺术五个专科专业。构建相互连接与交叉，贯通影视文化、艺术设计、时尚产业、现代商业等多个环节，打造完整的时尚戏剧与影视类特色学科专业群。培养德智体美劳全面发展，具有人文视野和创新理念并适应传媒行业和地方经济社会发展需求的高素质新媒体传播应用技术型人才。
Since its establishment in 2016, the School of Fashion Media has taken the school's positioning as the general outline, grasped the broad development prospects of the emerging cross-discipline of fashion and media, devoted itself to the value communication and reconstruction of the fashion industry, and cultivated creative and responsible fashion and media frontier talents with rich knowledge background, broad vision and professional skills. The School now offers five undergraduate programmes in Radio and Television Director, Broadcasting and Hosting Arts, Acting, Theatre and Film Art and Design, and Animation, as well as five junior college programmes in Digital Radio and Television Technology, Fashion Performance and Communication, Animation Design, Character Design, and Photography and Video Arts. The programme will be interconnected and intertwined, linking film and television culture, art and design, fashion industry and modern business, to create a complete cluster of specialised disciplines in fashion theatre and film. The programme aims to cultivate high-quality, applied and technical new media talents with comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor, with a humanistic vision and innovative ideas to meet the needs of the media industry and local economic and social development.
一、就业前景 Employment Prospects
时尚传媒学院人才培养紧贴时尚文化创意产业发展，服务地方经济，培养新媒体行业与文化创意产业人才，就业结构多元化、专业特色化，就业质量逐年提高。就业方向主要分布在全国各省、地、市的国家机关、文教事业单位以及各级广播电视台、文化传媒企业、影视公司、大型演艺公司、动画公司等。就业岗位主要为编导、策划、主持、表演、制作等方面岗位的工作。近年来，有较大部分毕业生自主创业,成立影视、传媒演艺类工作室，毕业生就业、创业人数稳步提升。

学院全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持立德为先、立学为基，确立了“端正品行+时尚艺术+传媒技术”的人才培养目标，秉承“促融合、力实战、重创新”的教学理念，构建“通识教育-专业教育-应用教育-双创教育” 全过程融入的课程体系，形成独树一帜的跨界交融教育特色和自主学习、实践创新的“三院制”人才培养模式，不断探索艺术教育的办学规律，为时尚文化创意产业链培养具有创新精神和实践能力的应用技术型创新人才。

时尚传媒学院拥有一流的教学设施设备。校内建有一座高标准交互式创意中心，内有摄影棚、录音棚、可视化语音室、3D影院、虚拟化演播厅、非线编辑机房、影视融媒体工作室、动画工作室、表演发布厅、化妆实训室等四十二间工作室。与江西教育电视台、北京东方宾利文化传媒有限公司、南昌话剧团、山东宇生文化传播有限公司等多家企业建立了稳定的校外专业实训基地，满足了当下信息化时代传媒专业实践教学的需求，促进产教融合的进一步发展。
The School of Fashion Media has first-class teaching facilities and equipment. There is a high-standard interactive creative centre on campus, which has forty-two studios, including a photography studio, a recording studio, a visual audio room, a 3D cinema, a virtualised studio, a non-linear editing room, a film and television integrated media studio, an animation studio, a performance release room and a make-up training room. We have established stable off-campus professional training bases with a number of enterprises, including Jiangxi Education TV Station, Beijing Oriental Bentley Culture and Media Co Ltd, Nanchang Drama Company and Shandong Yusheng Culture Communication Co Ltd, to meet the current needs for practical teaching of media majors in the information age and promote the further development of the integration of industry and education.
