一、培养目标 Training Objectives
本专业立足南昌，服务江西，面向全国，坚持立德树人，培养政治思想过硬，德智体美劳全面发展，有家国情怀，具有戏剧与影视学科基本理论及表演艺术的基本知识，戏剧表演、服装表演、时尚策划传播的基本技能及应用能力，艺术审美、创新与发散思维等素质，能在时尚产业相关领域从事服装与广告表演、时尚活动编导、新媒体传播、时尚文化推广等方面工作的高素质应用型人才。
本专业学生毕业后，通过5年左右的实践，期望达到以下目标：
（一）具有坚定的政治方向、良好的思想品德与道德修养，熟悉本专业职业道德规范、行为准则和相关法律法规知识；时尚领域的前沿动态和行业需求，具备较高的专业素养以及审美与创新能力；
（二）掌握戏剧表演、服装表演、时尚推广等相关专业基础知识，具备时尚表演、文化传播推广、创意编导策划的基本能力，具备分析、解决时尚表演相关领域复杂问题的知识、技能与素质；
（三）通过应用能力培养，掌握与本学科相关的表演、策划、文化传播推广等相关技能，具备一定的创新能力；
（四）具有专业知识拓展能力和国际视野，具备利用新媒体传播平台从事推广传播的能力；具备自我管理、自主学习的能力，能够适应社会和个人可持续发展。
（五）具备良好的人际沟通能力以及团队协作能力，能在时尚传媒企业、文化推广机构中担任演员、职业模特、时尚编辑、演出经纪、时尚编导、模特教练等工作岗位。
Based in Nanchang, serving Jiangxi and facing the whole country, the major insists on cultivating people with moral values, cultivating people with excellent political ideology, comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor development, with national sentiment, basic theory of drama, film and television disciplines and basic knowledge of performing arts, basic skills and application abilities of drama performance, costume performance, fashion planning and communication, artistic aesthetics, innovation and divergent thinking, etc., and capable of working in fashion industry-related fields. They are highly qualified and applied talents who can work in fashion and advertising performance, fashion event director, new media communication and fashion culture promotion.
After graduation, students of this major are expected to achieve the following objectives through about 5 years of practice.
(1) To have a firm political orientation, good ideological and moral integrity, familiarity with the professional code of ethics, code of conduct and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the profession; cutting-edge developments in the field of fashion and the needs of the industry, and a high level of professionalism as well as aesthetic and creative ability.
(2) Master the basic knowledge of theatre performance, costume performance, fashion promotion and other related professions; possess the basic ability of fashion performance, cultural communication and promotion, creative directing and planning; possess the knowledge, skills and qualities to analyse and solve complex problems in the field related to fashion performance.
(3) Through the cultivation of applied skills, master the skills related to performance, planning and cultural communication and promotion related to this discipline, and possess a certain degree of creative ability.
(4) Have the ability to expand professional knowledge and international vision, and the ability to use new media communication platforms to engage in promotion and communication; have the ability to self-manage and learn independently, and be able to adapt to social and personal sustainable development.
(5) Have good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork ability, and be able to work in fashion media enterprises and cultural promotion agencies as actors, professional models, fashion editors, performance agents, fashion directors and model coaches.
