一、培养目标Training Objectives
本专业坚持立足国家、地方社会发展和行业需求，以立德树人为根本任务，着力培养政治思想过硬、德智体美劳全面发展，具备戏剧与影视学、新闻传播学、中国语言文学、广播电视播音、主持、配音、编导、影视制作、节目策划、创作、编辑制作等相关学科基础知识及较强的语言应用能力。能在传媒行业及相关单位从事播音主持及教育教学等工作，培养适应能力强、具有创新精神，能从事语言传播工作的高素质应用技术型人才。
本专业学生毕业后，通过5年左右的实践，期望达到以下目标：
（一）熟悉党和国家新闻宣传报道方针、政策和相关法规，具有在各级电视台、电台及各类节目中担任播音员、主持人工作的职业能力；
（二）掌握专业技能要求，拥有准确鲜明的表达能力，具有文学作品朗诵和影视剧演播、配音的创作能力；
（三）拥有优秀的舞台表现力及较好的互动能力，可以在各类赛事、新闻中完成采访、报道和现场解说等工作，能够胜任各类不同场合、不同风格的舞台主持工作；
（四）具有良好的文化底蕴和审美情操，具备传媒行业内所必须的专业素养和职业操守；
（五）通过职业能力拓展，掌握与本学科的相关采访写作、策划、摄录、后期制作等相关技能，能够参与策划、编导、制作广播电视节目。
The major is based on national and local social development and the needs of the industry, and focuses on the fundamental task of building moral character and cultivating people with strong political thinking, comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic skills, basic knowledge of drama, film and television, journalism and communication, Chinese language and literature, radio and television broadcasting, hosting, dubbing, choreography, film and television production, programme planning, creation, editing and production and other related disciplines, as well as strong language application skills. They will be able to work in the media industry and related units to engage in broadcasting and hosting as well as education and teaching. They will be trained to be highly adaptable, innovative and highly qualified applied technical talents who can work in language communication.
After graduation, students of this major are expected to achieve the following objectives through about 5 years of practice.
(1) To be familiar with the Party and State guidelines, policies and relevant regulations on news propaganda and reporting, and to have the professional ability to work as announcers and presenters in television and radio stations at all levels and in various programmes.
(2) Mastering the requirements of professional skills, possessing the ability to express themselves accurately and distinctly, and having the ability to create literary recitation and film and television drama acting and dubbing.
(3) Possess excellent stage presence and good interactive skills, and be able to complete interviews, reports and live commentary in various events and news, and be competent in various types of stage hosting work on different occasions and in different styles.
(4) Have good cultural heritage and aesthetic sensibilities, and possess the necessary professionalism and ethics within the media industry.
(5)Through career development, master relevant interview writing, planning, filming and post-production skills related to this discipline, and be able to participate in planning, writing and directing, and producing radio and television programmes.
