一、培养目标 Training Objectives
本专业坚持立足国家、地方社会发展和行业要求，以立德树人为根本任务，着力培养政治思想过硬、德智体美劳全面发展，有国家情怀，具备戏剧与影视学、新闻传播学等多学科交叉方面的基本理论和广播电视编导基本知识；掌握广播电视采访、电视节目策划、微电影创作等基本技能。能在戏剧与影视等学科领域，从事广播电视节目策划、文案创作、编辑、影视制作、撰稿以及文化宣传、管理等相关工作的高素质应用型人才。
本专业学生毕业后，通过5年左右的实践，期望达到以下目标：
（一）了解戏剧与影视学、新闻传播学等多学科交叉方面的基本理论和基本知识，接受并掌握广播电视节目和影视作品编导、策划、采写、拍摄、制作等方面的基本技巧训练；（二）熟悉掌握广播电视节目和影视作品的创作方法和制作技能，具备广播电视节目、栏目、频道等方面和影视文化传媒行业的基本管理能力，具备视听结合的思维、表达、审美能力（三）具有较强的获取信息和知识的能力、独立分析问题和解决问题的能力以及创新能力和社会活动能力，具备适应当下新媒体环境、利用创新意识向更宽广的专业领域拓展和继续学习的素质与能力；（四）学习影视文化传媒行业企业运营相关知识，掌握行业中人才必备素养使其具备进入行业的创新创业能力； （五）了解党和国家关于新闻及文艺宣传的方针、政策和法规，了解广播电视的理论前沿和技术发展的最新动态，具有健康体质和心理素质，具有良好的团队合作意识与沟通能力。
Based on national and local social development and the requirements of the industry, and with the fundamental task of establishing moral education, the major focuses on cultivating talents with excellent political thinking, comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and cultural development, national sentiment, basic theories in the intersection of drama, film and television, journalism and communication, and basic knowledge of radio and television choreography; mastering the basic skills of radio and television interviewing, television programme planning and microfilm creation. Highly qualified and applied talents who can engage in radio and television programme planning, copywriting, editing, film and television production, writing, as well as cultural propaganda and management and other related work in the fields of drama, film and television and other disciplines.
Upon graduation, students in this programme are expected to achieve the following objectives through about five years of practice.
(1) To understand the basic theories and fundamental knowledge in the intersection of drama and film studies, journalism and communication, etc., and to receive and master the training in the basic skills of writing and directing, planning, writing, shooting and producing radio and television programmes and film and television productions.
(2) Be familiar with the creation methods and production skills of radio and television programmes and film productions, and possess basic management skills in radio and television programmes, programmes, channels and other aspects and in the film and television cultural media industry, and possess the ability to think, express and aesthetically combine audio-visual.
(3) Have a strong ability to acquire information and knowledge, the ability to independently analyse and solve problems, as well as the ability to be creative and socially active, with the quality and ability to adapt to the current new media environment, use the sense of innovation to expand into a broader professional field and continue learning.
(4) To learn knowledge related to the operation of enterprises in the film, television and cultural media industry, and to acquire the necessary qualities of talents in the industry to equip them with the innovative and entrepreneurial ability to enter the industry.
(5) understand the guidelines, policies and regulations of the Party and the State on journalism and literary propaganda, understand the theoretical frontiers of radio and television and the latest developments in technology, have a healthy physique and psychological quality, and have a good sense of teamwork and communication skills.
