一、培养目标Training Objectives
本专业立足江西，面向全国，坚持立德树人，培养政治思想过硬，德智体美劳全面发展，有家国情怀，能系统掌握经济、管理、法律、财务与金融等方面的专业理论知识，具备会计核算、财务分析、纳税筹划、预算管理、决策控制、理财规划、投资融资等方面技能，具有良好的职业道德和精益求精的工匠精神，能在国家机关、企事业单位及其他相关部门从事财务、金融、管理等相关工作，本专业学生毕业后通过 5年左右的工作实践，达到以下目标：
（一）具有坚定的政治方向、良好的思想品德与道德修养；熟悉本专业职业道德规范、行为准则和相关法律法规知识。
（二）具有较高的审美情趣、文化品位、人文素养；具有时代精神和较强的人际交往能力；积极乐观地生活，充满责任感地工作。
（三）具备宽厚的基础理论和扎实的会计、管理、经济、法律和计算机应用及外语知识，能够应用管理理论和方法分析并解决理论与实践问题；养成职业判断能力，提升专业水准，通过敏锐的洞察力对信息进行恰当分析，为决策支持和风险管理提出合理建议，能运用所学专业知识从事实际工作和进行简单的科学研究。
（四）掌握财务管理专业领域的基本理论知识和实际操作技能，并能在公司理财、纳税筹划、财务分析、财务预算与财务决策等实际工作中有效应用；具备发现组织管理问题的敏锐性和判断力，掌握创新创业技能，并能够运用管理学理论和方法，系统分析、解决组织的管理问题。
（五）通过科学思维和财务技能训练，具备较强的逻辑思维分析能力和制度设计、实践与评价能力，具备现代信息技术在财务管理中应用能力；具备团队合作意识、创新能力和组织管理能力，具备终身学习能力和国际化视野意识。
Based in Jiangxi Province and facing the whole country, this major insists on cultivating people with moral character, cultivates students with excellent political thinking, comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic qualities, and family sentiment, who can systematically master professional theoretical knowledge in economics, management, law, finance and economics, and possess skills in accounting, financial analysis, tax planning, budget management, decision control, financial planning, investment and financing, etc., and have good professional ethics and Students will be able to engage in finance, financial and management-related work in state agencies, enterprises and institutions and other related departments, and achieve the following objectives through about five years of work practice after graduation.
(1) Have a firm political orientation, good ideological and moral character and cultivation; be familiar with the professional code of ethics, code of conduct and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the profession.
(2) To have a high aesthetic interest, cultural taste and humanistic qualities; to have the spirit of the times and strong interpersonal skills; to live positively and optimistically and to work with a sense of responsibility.
(3) Possess broad basic theories and solid knowledge of accounting, management, economics, law and computer applications and foreign languages; be able to apply management theories and methods to analyse and solve theoretical and practical problems; develop professional judgement, enhance professional standards, analyse information appropriately through keen insight, make reasonable suggestions for decision support and risk management, and be able to apply the professional knowledge acquired to practical work and They will be able to apply their professional knowledge to practical work and simple scientific research.
(4) Acquire basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the professional field of financial management, and be able to apply them effectively in practical work such as corporate finance, tax planning, financial analysis, financial budgeting and financial decision-making; possess the acumen and judgement to identify organisational management problems, acquire innovative and entrepreneurial skills, and be able to apply management theories and methods to systematically analyse and solve organisational management problems.
(5) Through scientific thinking and financial skills training, possess strong analytical skills in logical thinking and the ability to design, practice and evaluate systems; possess the ability to apply modern information technology in financial management; possess a sense of teamwork, innovation and organisational management skills, and possess the ability for lifelong learning and an awareness of international perspectives.
