服装工程学院坚持艺术工学特色，深入推进教育教学改革，2017年荣获中国纺织工业联合会“2017全国纺织行业人才建设示范院校”荣誉称号。学院目前设有服装设计与工程、纺织工程和服装设计与工艺教育三个本科专业和服装设计与工艺一个专科专业，现有在校生1600余人，用人单位评价毕业生素质高、能力强、基本功扎实。
服装工程学院师资雄厚，现有以博士生导师陈东生教授领衔、由省级教学名师陈娟芬教授、省级中青年骨干教师周文辉教授、全国十佳制版师郭晓强、王鸿霖、赖伊萍、吴凌云等名师组成的高水平专业师资队伍。
学院拥有一个省级“重点学科”、 一个省级“特色专业”、 一个省级“教学团队”、 一个省级工程技术研究中心平台、一个劳模创新工作室、三门省级“精品课程”、省部级教学成果一等奖一项、二等奖一项和三等奖五项，省部级科学技术进步奖一等奖一项、二等奖二项和三等奖一项，学院在人才培养、科学研究、条件建设、社会服务以及对外交流等各方面开展了扎实有效的工作，艺术工学特色办学模式卓有成效，纺织服装行业人才培养质量稳步提升。
The School of Fashion Engineering adheres to the characteristics of art and engineering and promotes education and teaching reform in depth. In 2017, it was awarded the honorary title of "2017 National Textile Industry Talent Construction Model Institution" by the China Textile Industry Federation. At present, the College has three undergraduate majors in Fashion Design and Engineering, Textile Engineering and Fashion Design as well asTechnology Education, and onejunior collegemajor in Fashion Design and Technology, with more than 1,600 students.Employers evaluate graduates as having high quality, strong ability and solid basic skills.
The School of Fashion Engineering has a strong faculty, led by Professor Chen Dongsheng, a doctoral supervisor, composed ofprovincial teaching teacher Professor Chen Juanfen, provincial young and middle-aged key teacher Professor Zhou Wenhui,the national top ten plate-makers Guo Xiaoqiang, Wang Honglin, Lai Yiping, Wu Lingyun and other famous teachers.
The college has a provincial "key discipline", a provincial "speciality", a provincial "teaching team", a provincial engineering technology research centre platform, a labour model innovation,three provincial "high-quality courses", one first prize, one second prize and five third prizes for teaching achievements at provincial and ministerial level, one first prize, two second prizes and one third prize for scientific and technological progress at provincial and ministerial level.The College has carried out solid and effective work in various aspects such as personnel training, scientific research, condition construction, social services and foreign exchanges, etc. The school model with artistic and engineering characteristics has been effective, and the quality of training talents in the textile and clothing industry has been steadily improved.
一、教学条件Teaching conditions
服装工程学院依托江西省现代服装工程技术研究中心开放平台和学校在行业中的影响力，聘请博士生导师、中国服装协会科技专家、中国服装设计师协会技术委员会主任委员张文斌教授为学院技术委员会主任，同时聘请金丽、纪琳和徐琳等在服装行业有较大影响力的行业精英作为学院行业导师，还聘请了来自法国、日本、韩国、台湾等国内外的著名专家学者为客座教授和高级顾问。
服装工程学院拥有先进大型精密贵重仪器设备十余套，两条智能吊挂生产线，一个服装智能制造平台，设有数字化服装设计与工程技术中心、功能面料与服装智能制造研究中心、纺织品研发中心、针织服装研发中心、服装舒适性检测技术与评价等30余间校内实验实训室；拥有利郎服饰有限公司、波士登国际控股有限公司、报喜鸟集团有限公司、杭州意丰歌服饰有限公司、东蒙服饰有限公司等近二十家知名企业共建的校外实践教育基地，学院还先后与台湾辅仁大学、台湾实践大学建立了紧密的合作关系，并与韩国湖南大学、意大利卡罗世纪服装学院等国际大学交流互访频繁。

The School of Fashion Engineering has more than ten sets of advanced large precision and valuable instruments and equipment, two intelligent hanging production lines, a garment intelligent manufacturing platform, and more than 30 on-campus experimental training rooms, including the Digital Garment Design and Engineering Technology Centre, the Research Centre for Functional Fabrics and Garment Intelligent Manufacturing, the Textile Research and Development Centre, the Knitted Garment Research and Development Centre, the Garment Comfort Testing Technology and Evaluation, etc.; it also hasOff-campus practical education base built by nearly 20 famous enterprises likeLiLang Garment Co. 二、就业前景Employment prospects
纺织服装产业从服装制造向服装“智造”转型升级，服装工程学院以适应社会需求为目标，以学生掌握纺织服装前沿技术为着力点，学生毕业后面向纺织服装职业岗位群，可从事服装成衣款式与版型设计、服装智能制造关键技术开发与应用、服装IE、品牌服装展示设计、纺织品设计、针织服装设计、室内家纺软装设计、纺织品营销贸易、质量控制与成品检验、服装舒适性检测技术与评价等工作，也可在企事业单位、科研单位从事教学，亦可在纺织科学与工程、设计学和教育学等领域进一步读研深造。
With the transformation and upgrading of the textile and garment industry from garment manufacturing to garment "smart manufacturing", the School of Fashion Engineering aims to meet the needs of society and focuses on students' mastery of the frontier technology of textile and garment. After graduation, students are oriented towards textile and clothing career groups, and can work in garment style and pattern design, garment intelligent manufacturing key technology development and application, garment IE, brand garment display design, textile design, knitted garment design, interior home textile soft furnishing design, textile marketing and trade, quality control and finished product inspection, garment comfort testing technology and evaluation, etc. They can also be engaged in teaching in enterprises and institutions, scientific research units, and can further study in the fields of textile science and engineering, design and education.

服装工程学院在现代教育理论指导下，形成了以“学生为中心、产出为导向、持续改进”的教学理念，充分发挥我校内外实验实训实习基地的优势和学校网络教学平台，施行高校教学知识传授与能力培育相结合的培养模式，大力推行“教、学、做”三位一体教学模式，强化学生能力培养。学院加强与企业行业深度融合，构建校企校地多方协同育人机制，推行“大师班”和“国际班”人才培养试点，充分发挥校外实践教学基地育人作用，提高学生职业能力和可持续发展的能力。
