一、培养目标Training Objectives
本专业植根江西辐射全国，面向时尚服装产业及地方经济社会的发展需要，坚持立德树人，培养政治思想过硬，德智体美劳全面发展，有家国情怀，具有一定的国际视野与美学、人文社会科学、设计学等方面的基础知识，具有良好的职业素养及健康的心理素质，掌握专业理论知识和服装与服饰设计方法，能够在服装行业及相关领域从事流行趋势预测与分析、时尚创意设计、时尚产品策划与研发、服装制版与工艺、服装市场营销等工作的高素质应用型人才。
本专业学生毕业后，通过5年左右的实践，期望达到以下目标：
（一）具有良好的人文与艺术素养、职业道德与社会责任感，能够在产品设计实践中遵守行业准则，能够积极主动适应社会发展，承担社会责任；
（二）能够将服装领域专业知识和技能，结合人文社会科学与设计学知识，分析解决服装与服饰设计相关领域的复杂问题；
（三）具有较强的自主学习能力和终身学习意识，成为具有独立分析能力和创新能力的服装设计师、产品研发专家或管理者；
（四）具有较好的团队意识与沟通能力，在充分发挥项目研发、管理和决策过程中，在多学科团队和跨文化环境下与同事、商业客户、消费者和公众进行有效沟通与交流，充分发挥组织和协调作用；
（五）具有一定国际视野、艺术个性和创新意识，以及可持续设计能力，能运用流行预测和分析的基本方法，独立进行艺术设计及产品开发。
This major is rooted in Jiangxi and radiates across the country, facing the fashion garment industry and local economic and social development. Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology (JIFT) insists on establishing moral education, cultivating students who have excellent political ideas, with all round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, having a national sentiment, a certain international vision and basic knowledge of aesthetics，humanities and social sciences, design science etc ., and have good professional quality and healthy psychological quality, mastering professional theoretical knowledge and clothing and apparel design methods. As the high-quality applied professionals, the graduates can work in the garment industry and related fields, including fashion trends and arranging, fashion creative design, fashion product planning and research, garment pattern making and technology, as well as garment marketing.
After about 5 years of practice , students of this major are expected to achieve the following goals :
(1) Have good humanistic and artistic quality , professional ethics and social responsibility , be able to abide by the industry norms in product design practice , and be able to actively respond to social development and assume social responsibility .
(2) Be able to combine professional knowledge and skills in the field of clothing with the knowledge of humanities and social sciences and design to analyze and solve complex problems in the field of clothing and clothing design .
(3) To possess strong independent learning ability and lifelong learning consciousness, be able to become an apparel designer, product development expert or manager with independent analysis and innovative ability.
(4) To acquire good team organization and collaboration skills, and give full play to their organizational and coordinating roles by communicating effectively with colleagues, business customers, consumers and the public in a multidisciplinary team and cross-culture.
(5) Have a certain international vision, artistic personality and innovation consciousness, and sustainable design ability, and can use the basic methods of fashion prediction and analysis to independently carry out artistic design and product development.
