The Royal University of Ulongtani is located in Ulong Province, Thailand and was founded in 1923.The university was considered one of the rapidly growing universities in Thailand, which gathers international knowledge and local knowledge to promote local development.The Royal University of Ulongtani currently has three campuses,the main campus (covering 94.04 mu) is located in the center ofWulong Tani Prefecture, Sam Phrao campus is located inaquiet suburb (covering an area of 826.32 mu), Wengan campus (covering an area of 80.66 mu ) is located in thenewly established Wengan Province, about 200 km northeast of the main campus.

The Royal University consists of five different colleges: the School of Education, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, the School of Natural Sciences, the School of Management Sciencesand the School of technical.The universityoffers different majors, and the graduate school offersmaster's and doctoral degreesin 11 majors.
