On the afternoon of 29 November 2024, Astrid Kusumowidagdo, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Creative Industries and Yoanita Tahalele, PhD Candidate of the Department of Fashion Design and Business, University of Siputra Surabaya, Indonesia, visited our university.

The Cooperation Meeting and MOU Signing Ceremony between our university and University of Siputra Surabaya, Indonesia was held in the conference room on the third floor of the Administration Building. Luo Mi, vice dean of our School of Fashion Design, attended the meeting, and teachers from the School of Fashion Design and the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges participated in the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu Youfa, Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Office.

The ceremony started in a friendly and warm atmosphere. At the meeting, Director Liu Youfa firstly expressed his warm welcome to Dean Astrid Kusumowidagdo and his party from Siputra Surabaya University, who came from afar, and briefly introduced the development history, schooling characteristics, schooling achievements and achievements in international cooperation of Jiangxi Institute of Fashion.

Dean Astrid Kusumowidagdo expressed her gratitude for the warm reception of Jiangxi Institute of Fashion, she introduced the historical background, educational philosophy and artistic characteristics of the University of Siputra Surabaya, and they expressed their belief that the co-operation with Jiangxi Institute of Fashion will bring a broader development space and rich educational resources for both sides.
