On the morning of November 17, 2023 JIFT international fashion week in JIFT library dynamic hall opened. From Morocco, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, Gabon and other countries, representatives of international students from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics were invited to participate in the opening ceremony of our school art week, the 27th "RUNHUA AWARD" Fashion Design Competition works release show and the University of Kelantan, Malaysia, fashion design works show, which adds a touch of color to the fashion and art week of the university. This added a bright color to the fashion and art week of the university.

Representatives of international students fromJiangxi University of Finance and Economicsalso visited the main teaching building and library of JIFT to gain a deeper understanding of the fashion education system and the culture of apparel design in our university.

Ghita, an international student of Moroccan nationality, said with excitement that the fashion show of the Fashion Week was very wonderful, and she was willing to introduce the dress culture of JIFT in China to her friends in her hometown, and to act as a friendly ambassador for the exchange of Chinese and foreign dress culture.

Saiyedul, a Bangladeshi student journalist, also said that as an international envoy for the dissemination of Chinese clothing culture, he is willing to show more of the unique charm of Chinese clothing culture on the international stage, and better present the essence of Chinese clothing culture and the beauty of Chinese fashion clothing for the world.

The in-depth interaction between teachers and students of our university and international students of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics not only strengthened the friendship between teachers and students of the two universities, but also promoted the international friends in the cross-cultural context of China's fashion trends and apparel culture to know more about and recognize. This fashion and cultural feast as a catalyst for the promotion of Chinese clothing culture will become a new starting point for promoting exchanges and cooperation in the field of Chinese and foreign clothing, and we will work together to write a new chapter in the fashion and clothing culture of JIFT.
