On January 19, 2026, the unveiling ceremony of the Fashion Design Laboratory, jointly built by the Faculty of Humanities and Arts, Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) and Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology (JIFT), was grandly held in the Lobby of Block R, MUST.
The lab spans approximately 120 square meters with a 3-meter ceiling height and can accommodate up to 40 students for teaching and practical training simultaneously. It is fully equipped with professional facilities covering the entire workflow of fashion design.
This milestone not only signifies the profound cooperation between the two universities in fashion education, but also injects new talent momentum and innovative vitality into the high-quality development of the fashion industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
