On the afternoon of May 11, 2026, Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology held an online work promotion meeting for the Sino-French cooperative education program with Paris International Cutting Academy. The meeting was chaired by Yi Cheng, Assistant to the President, and attended by relevant school administrators, as well as the French principal and teaching experts. During the meeting, the Department of International Exchange and Cooperation reported on the overall progress of project preparation, and the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on core issues including project promotion, curriculum system, faculty arrangement, tuition standards and enrollment plans, clarifying the division of labor and implementation requirements for all work.
The two sides reached consensus on cooperation details. It was confirmed that the French side would compile professional textbooks based on China's learning situation and educational conditions and submit them for review, and provide the teaching schedule for foreign teachers. The institute will arrange French teaching assistants to improve teaching effectiveness. The tuition standard, formulated through research, has been recognized by the French side. Student recruitment will be carried out in an orderly manner through a combination of online and offline models. This promotion meeting further smoothed communication channels for cooperation, laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation, enrollment and regular teaching operation of the program, and helped both China and France integrate high-quality fashion education resources to cultivate high-quality and professional fashion talents.
