On May 22, 2026, the Sino-Italian undergraduate cooperative program in Fashion Design, jointly run by Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology and MODARTECH, launched two core English-taught courses: History of Modern Art and History of Contemporary Art this semester.
Delivered in full English, the courses are taught by Italian art expert Valentina Avanzini with professional teaching assistants on site. Classes run smoothly and are well-received. Students have adapted to the English-medium instruction, improving their artistic theories and cross-cultural communication skills.
This marks a key step in upgrading the Sino-Italian cooperative education. The institute will continue to introduce high-quality international resources to cultivate global talents and advance the high-quality development of Sino-foreign joint programs.
