On December 29, the 2024 Jiangxi Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange New Year Gala, themed "Cultural Mutual Learning, Brilliant Jiangxi", was held at the Jiangxi Exhibition Center.Director Yue Fang and Teacher Wu Zheng from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges / International Education College led a Chinese and foreign student delegation from our university to perform at the gala.This cultural exchange event has built a multicultural exchange platform for universities in Jiangxi Province.
A total of 12 teachers and student representatives from our university participated in the New Year’s Gala. Their carefully rehearsed dance program "Here We Come, Jiangxi" lit up the atmosphere of the entire event.Through artistic expressions with distinctive JIFT characteristics, our teachers and students vividly demonstrated the cultural charm of Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology and the youthful vitality of its students.
In addition, Chinese and foreign teachers and students from various universities in Jiangxi Province also engaged in interactive exchanges off-stage.Students from our university took an active part in friendly interactions with international students from other institutions, making JIFT’s own contribution to building a bridge of friendship between Chinese and foreign people across universities.
Going forward, the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges / International Education College of our university will provide more opportunities for teachers and students to participate in international people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and cultivate more outstanding talents with an international vision and cultural confidence.
We firmly believe that our teachers and students will achieve more remarkable performances on the stage of international people-to-people and cultural exchanges in the future, and contribute greater strength to promoting the international development of JIFT.
