一、培养目标 Training Objectives

本专业立足江西,面向沿海城市,坚持立德树人,培养政治思想过硬,德智体美劳全面发展,有家国情怀,掌握数学与自然科学、软件工程、人工智能等新技术知识,具有选择和使用先进技术及工具从事软件开发、研究、管理等方面的能力,能够承担企业、事业、政府、社会组织等部门的软件规划、设计、管理、开发、测试及应用,从事在软件开发、软件测试领域从事设计、开发、软件项目管理等工作,具有较强的创新意识、创业精神和社会责任感的高素质应用型人才。

本专业学生毕业后,通过5年左右的实践,期望达到以下目标:

(一)适应创新型国家发展需要,能够自觉坚守工程伦理和职业道德规范,爱岗敬业,具备良好的人文素养、法律意识和创新精神,能履行并承担软件工程领域技术和管理人员的社会责任与义务。

(二)能够承担软件工程及相关领域,尤其是软件服务、行业软件以及智能数据分析与处理领域的应用系统及工程实践项目,成为研发项目的核心或骨干,服务于区域经济与社会发展。

(三)能够对软件产品的业务逻辑、系统功能和性能、用户体验进行合理设计,对设计方案进行分析、评审和实现,根据工程标准,对软件产品进行验证和确认以保证软件产品质量,提升产品竞争力。

(四)具有一定的国际化视野,组织协调和交流沟通能力,主动跟踪软件工程及相关领域前沿发展趋势,能够在项目团队中担任负责人等各类管理角色。

(五)能够终身学习,不断提升自身的工程实践、应用系统设计、软件开发以及项目管理的能力,追求专业技术和相关领域知识的全面发展,具有创新精神。

This major is based in Jiangxi province, Facing the coastal cities, adhere to the cultivation of virtue, cultivate excellent political thinking, comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, have the feelings of home and country, master new and technological knowledge in mathematics, natural sciences, software engineering, and artificial intelligence, capable to select and use advanced technologies and tools for software development, research, and management, can undertake the software planning, design, management, development, testing and application of enterprises, undertakings, government, social organizations and other departments, engaged in the design, development, software project management and other work in the fields of software development and software testing, High-quality applied talents with a strong sense of innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and social responsibility.

After graduation, the students of this major expect to achieve the following goals through about five years of practice:

(1) To meet the needs of the development of an innovative country, they can consciously adhere to engineering ethics and professional ethics, love their jobs, have good humanistic quality, legal consciousness and innovative spirit, and can fulfill and undertake the social responsibilities and obligations of technical and management personnel in the field of software engineering.

(2) Be able to undertake software engineering applications and engineering practice projects in related fields, especially software services, industry software and intelligent data analysis and processing, become the core or backbone of research and development projects, and serve the regional economic and social development.

(3) Be able to reasonably design the business logic, system functions, performance and user experience of the software products, analyze, review and realize the design scheme, and verify and confirm the software products according to the engineering standards to ensure the quality of the software products and improve the product competitiveness.

(4) Have a certain international vision, organization, coordination and communication skills, actively track the cutting-edge development trends in software engineering and related fields, and be able to play various management roles such as the person in charge of the project team.

(5) Be able to learn lifelong learning, constantly improve their own engineering practice, application system design, software development and project management ability, pursue the comprehensive development of professional technology and knowledge in related fields of knowledge, with innovative spirit.
