一、 培养目标 Training Objectives
本专业立足江西，面向我国经济发达地区，坚持以立德树人为根本任务，着力培养政治思想过硬、品行端正、身心健康、德智体美劳全面发展，具有现代经济学、管理学的基本专业知识，扎实的物流规划与设计理论知识，具有物流业务运作和操作能力、具有良好的身体与心理素质，能在物流企业、生产企业、商贸企业及其他组织物流部门，从事物流运营管理、供应链系统分析、规划与设计等相关工作的高素质应用型人才。
本专业学生毕业后，通过5年左右的实践，可胜任工商企业、物流企业基层物流管理者、物流部门经理，期望达到以下目标：
（一）适应创新型国家发展需要，爱国进取，德智体美劳全面发展与健康个性统一；具有良好职业素养、职业道德和社会责任感。
（二）具有扎实的物流管理基础理论知识，良好的业务素养，系统的物流管理专业知识和相关应用领域知识；掌握物流管理专业相关的基本理论、基本知识、基本技能和基本方法，能够在物流管理领域独立从事物流运营、规划与管理工作。
（三）具有较强物流管理专业能力和基本管理素养，具备解决物流管理专业领域中复杂管理问题的能力；具有较强的创新创业能力和社会活动能力；能够在物流与供应链运营团队中担任组织管理者角色。
（四）具有团队精神，组织沟通能力；具有国际视野、能适应社会需求的人文心理素质。
（五）能够继续学习，具有终身学习的能力。
Based in Jiangxi and facing the economically developed regions of China, this major insists on the fundamental task of establishing moral education, and focuses on cultivating highly qualified and applied talents who are politically well-minded, good conduct, physically and mentally healthy, with comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and socially, mastering basic professional knowledge of modern economics and management, solid theoretical knowledge of logistics planning and design, the ability of logistics business operation, and good physical and psychological qualities, and who can work in logistics enterprises, production enterprises, trade enterprises and other organizations' logistics departments, engaging in logistics operation and management, supply chain system analysis, planning and design, etc.
After graduation, through about 5 years of practice, students of this major can be competent as grassroots logistics managers and logistics department managers in industrial and commercial enterprises and logistics enterprises, and are expected to achieve the following objectives.
(1) To adapt to the development needs of innovative countries, patriotic and enterprising, the overall development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and healthy personality unity; with good professionalism, professional ethics and a sense of social responsibility.
(2) Have a solid basic theoretical knowledge of logistics management, good business literacy, systematic professional knowledge of logistics management and related application fields; master the basic theory, basic knowledge, basic skills and basic methods related to logistics management, and be able to independently engage in logistics operation, planning and management in the field of logistics management.
(3) Have strong professional competence and basic management skills in logistics management, with the ability to solve complex management problems in the professional field of logistics management; have strong innovative and entrepreneurial skills and social activities; be able to take up the role of organisational manager in logistics and supply chain operation teams.
(4) Team spirit, organisational and communication skills; humanistic and psychological qualities with an international perspective and the ability to adapt to social needs.
(5) Be able to continue learning and have the ability of lifelong learning.
